Very Urgent! Foster or Adopt. A little guy, only 35 pounds, 4 years old, a cuddler. Cairo's family is moving will take him to a local shelter which has a high kill rate. We are trying to help avoid that. Cairo is very sweet natured and can be timid and shy with strangers since he lived in a bullying household. He is house trained, loves to be close to people and is great with children, preferably older ones who can understand his fears; or a mature household where he will get the love and attention he deserves.  We will transport to an approved home. We don't keep good adopters waiting. We will also accept a foster home so Cairo doesn't end up in a kill shelter.
